Technical Support Executive – Full Time – CA, USA
Responsibilities Include:
Provide Product installation support to customers (Online / Onsite).
Provide Product training to customers (Online / Onsite).
Provide Product demo to customers (Online / Onsite).
Provide Product customization (reports etc…) to customers (Online / Onsite)
Handle customer service/support queries (calls/ emails/ online) to help Identify customer issues, troubleshoot the problem, provide solution and train the customer to avoid future repetition of issues.
Create guidelines for customer service/support queries handling and troubleshooting tips and keep it updated all time.
Track customer service/support queries, provide consolidated reports to CEO.
Provide improvement tips / feedback / suggestions on Product to CEO.
Provide product order processing support including QC, packing and shipment.
Participate in new product R&D, discussions, analysis and data collection.
Assist QMS – MR on implementation, monitoring and auditing.
Provide improvement tips / feedback / suggestions on QMS to MR.
Ensure all related QMS documents/records are available in place and in accordance to the regulatory.
Provide training on technical subjects to colleagues as required.
Provide Business Development support. Identify potential leads during support calls and pass to Business development team for follow-up.
Provide Product/QMS/Support training and support to new employees.
Participate in tradeshows or other conferences as advised by Team Lead.
Business Development Executive – Part-Time – CA, USA
Responsibilities Include:
Identify and handle leads from online, offline resources for business development.
Use CRM for customer data mining, leads management, follow-up, sales conversion and collect customer feedback.
Reaching mass customers through email, SMS and bizsites.
Provide Product training to customers (Online / Onsite)
Provide Product demo to customers (Online / Onsite)
Provide Product customization (reports etc…) to customers (Online / Onsite)
Handle customer business enquiries (calls/ emails/ online) to help Identify customer requirements and provide required product demos and convert to product sales.
Create guidelines for business developments, sales and marketing requirements to increase company revenue.
Track leads, contacts, potentials and order generated using online CRM and provide consolidated reports to Head.
Provide improvement tips / feedback / suggestions on Product to CEO.
Provide product order processing support for technical support team.
Collect feedback from customer and send consolidated reports to Head.
Work on registering with various online portals for business promotion.
Work on Live Chat application for online customer enquiry handling through website.
Handle customer enquiries from online business portals and convert to sales.
Follow internal standard process and provide support for operational efficiency
Assist QMS – MR on implementation, monitoring and auditing.
Provide improvement tips / feedback / suggestions on QMS to MR.
Ensure all related QMS documents/records are available in place and in accordance to the regulatory.
Provide training on business subjects to colleagues as required.
Provide technical support enquiries to technical team and follow-up with customer on satisfactory solution
Provide Product/Business development training to new employees.
Participate in tradeshows or other conferences as advised by Lead.
Get customer feedback and requirements and provide specification for new software features and upgrades
Involve in product features discussion and provide innovative ideas for development.
Help support Technical Executive Team on customer specific tasks
